Rahul Chambhare has over a decade of experience in technical support and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager I - Tech Support at Johnson Controls since March 2020, Rahul oversees project delivery and operations while developing essential project documentation. Previously, Rahul held the position of Technical Lead at Zensar Technologies, where the implementation of the RACI pattern enhanced client services. Experience as a Technical & Business Operations Analyst at Amdocs involved meticulous call logging and quality assurance. Early career roles included positions at Unicom and Wipro Ltd., focusing on troubleshooting and customer support.
