Ray Douglas

Ray Douglas is an accomplished professional with significant experience in government operations and strategy. Currently serving as the Industry Director for Government at Johnson Controls, Ray has held several senior leadership roles at Grainger, including Senior Director of Government Segment Operations, Senior Director of Strategy for Government & Healthcare Segment, and Director of Services Development. Ray holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics.
