Shawn Pickering

Shawn Pickering is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in client services and human resources. Currently serving as a Client Service Project Manager at Johnson Controls since July 2023, Shawn previously held similar roles at FM:Systems and Asure Software, focusing on project scope identification, planning, and monitoring to meet client needs. With foundational experience as a Project Manager at Lionbridge, Shawn's background also includes human resources roles at Ameresco, Boston Health Care, and Boise Office Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment processes, employee orientation design, and HRIS system management. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Clark University.
