Arcadi Dmitrieff

Arcadi Dmitrieff currently serves as the Global Client Strategy Project Manager for CHANEL & moi, overseeing the expansion of the program into a comprehensive global client commitment while conducting client insight studies to align strategies. Previously, Arcadi held multiple roles at CHANEL, including Global Omnichannel Client Experience Strategy and Global Client Care Strategy Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed global audits and the integration of client care into the client journey. Other experience includes serving as Head of Strategy & Communications for TEDxESSECAsiaPacific, and as a Digital & Brand Strategy Consultant for Society Room, focused on enhancing digital engagement. Arcadi's educational background includes a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from UCL.
