Sushmita Sen has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition across several organizations. They worked as a Consultant at Kelly Services from 2009 to 2011, and later held various HR roles at Boston Scientific from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they were a Regional HR for Tata Communication Internet Services Limited from 2006 to 2007 and served as a Consultant at Adecco from 2007 to 2009. Currently, Sushmita is pursuing a B.A. in English Honours at the University of Calcutta and a PG Diploma in Human Resource at Welingkar Institute of Management.
