Todd Ferris currently serves as the VP of Workforce Analytics, Planning, and Decision Science at Johnson Controls since September 2025. Prior to this role, Todd worked at The Hershey Company for over eleven years, progressing from Principal Data Scientist to Sr. Director of Workforce & Talent Analytics, where responsibilities included leading a team in workforce planning and analytics to support business productivity. Todd's earlier experience includes roles as an Operations Research Analyst at the Naval Postgraduate School and the Marine Corps Systems Command, as well as operational test direction at Naval Air Systems Command, and various officer roles in the Marine Corps. Todd holds an MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
