Wei How L. is an experienced engineering manager specializing in project management and technical execution, with 14 years of leadership in the oil, gas, and construction industries. They have held significant roles at various companies, including Siemens, where they contributed as a Senior HVAC Engineer and later as a Project Engineering Manager, overseeing project execution and technical negotiations. Wei served as Regional Technical Manager at Roxtec Southeast Asia, managing product and program efforts across the region. Currently, Wei is the Engineering Manager for APAC at Johnson Controls, enhancing engineering initiatives in the area. They hold a Master's degree in Project Management from Nanyang Technological University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti UCSI and the University of Manitoba.
