Willen S. is a seasoned Technical Leader specializing in Analytics, currently serving at Johnson Controls following the acquisition of FM:Systems. With a strong background in launching and scaling analytics platforms, Willen built the FMS:Insights Analytics platform from its inception and integrated it into Johnson Controls’ OpenBlue ecosystem. Previous experiences include leading analytics initiatives at FM:Systems, and serving as a Lead Software Engineer for Analytics at BairesDev. Willen has also worked in various software development and engineering roles across multiple industries, contributing to internal applications at Granado Pharmácias and managing web and mobile applications at Oi S.A. Willen co-founded Mobilidade.fm and organized Brazil's first Android conference, showcasing a commitment to community engagement. Willen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing.
