Dawn Rattan

Dawn Rattan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Trustee at Johnson County Community College since January 2022, contributing to governance for an institution with a student enrollment of 15,000. Dawn is also the President of EverFit, Inc. since January 2015, where the focus is on creating engaging fitness classes and hosting special events. In addition, Dawn has been the Wine & Spirits Industry Manager for Marketing and Human Resources at Village West Discount Liquors since October 2009, playing a key role in the startup and marketing efforts of the family-owned business, including live media presentations. Prior experience includes various roles at Procter & Gamble from 1996 to 2007, culminating in positions as HR Manager and Department Manager. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned in 1996.
