Elissa Stooker Andre

Elissa Stooker Andre is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the External Communications Manager at Johnson County Library since February 2020, Elissa oversees all public-facing communication and marketing initiatives for a 14-branch library system. Prior to this role, Elissa worked as an Account Supervisor at SPIRIT!, where management of kid and family marketing strategies was a key responsibility. With a solid foundation in operations as the Honors Program Coordinator at the University of Southern California, Elissa has also honed digital marketing skills as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Total Assault, managing campaigns for several prominent entertainment clients. Elissa holds both a Master’s Degree in Communication Management and a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry from the University of Southern California.
