Laura Blair

Laura Blair currently serves as the Director of DivaPets Cat Rescue, an all-volunteer, foster-based cat rescue organization in the Greater Kansas City area, since inheriting the role in August 2021. Blair also works as the Learning & Development Training Manager at Johnson County Library. Previous experience includes key positions in talent development at Treat America Food Services, Keypath Education, and various training roles at companies such as Westlake Hardware, Three Dog Bakery, and Payless ShoeSource. Additionally, Blair has extensive experience as an adjunct professor and has provided training solutions for multiple organizations. Education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Psychology from Central Methodist University.
