Phil Harris

Phil Harris currently serves as the Supervisor of Sports Officials at Johnson County Park & Recreation District since May 2023. With extensive experience in ministry, Phil has been an Adjutant for COGIC since 1998, providing support to bishops and local pastors. Prior professional roles include Senior Program Manager for RBI at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City from February 2009 to September 2022 and Director of Marketing at Print Tekk Printing & Mailing from 1994 to 2008. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from The City College of New York, acquired between 1971 and 1975.
