Ted Collie

Ted Collie currently serves as President of the Multifamily Division at Johnson Development Associates, Inc., since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ted held significant positions at Cortland, including Executive Vice President of Investments and Director of Investments from 2014 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes being an Associate at H/2 Capital Partners from 2010 to 2014 and Director at Archstone from 2005 to 2009. Ted earned an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School between 2009 and 2010 and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2003, having attended Kinkaid as well.
