Laurent Edmond Gerard Cardon

Laurent Edmond Gerard Cardon, holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiegne in France. As of January 2021, he is responsible for the Global Operations of the Group, including manufacturing, quality and industrialization. He develops and coordinates with the Group’s Divisions the manufacturing strategy in terms of footprint, industrial model and digital transformation. He joined the Group in 2011 as General Manager, Operations Europe, then became Vice President, Operations Europe & Americas before taking his global role. Prior to joining Johnson Electric, he worked 18 years for Valeo where he held various operations positions in Europe and Asia.
