Andrew J. Lehman

Andrew J. Lehman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and structured finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Johnson Financial Group since January 2019, Andrew focuses on providing senior debt financing to middle-market companies, particularly those east of the Rockies with EBITDA ranging from $5 to $30 million. Previous roles include Controller at Lippert Flooring & Tile and Vice President in Commercial Banking at Johnson Bank, where Andrew managed 40+ customer relationships with family-owned businesses generating revenues between $15 and $100 million. Andrew's career began as a Credit Analyst at LaSalle Bank after completing the Commercial Analyst Training Program and includes significant contributions at M&I Bank and Morgan Stanley, enhancing marketing and investment strategies across multiple states.
