Jennifer Santelli

Jennifer Santelli is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in information technology and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Analyst at Johnson Financial Group since September 2021, Jennifer previously held various roles in the organization, including Project Manager and Human Resources Systems Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Development at St. Joseph Catholic Academy from August 2017 to September 2021. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Albany-Chicago Company and took time to focus on family as a Stay at Home Mom. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, earned between 1994 and 1997.
