Sandra Hauger is currently the Director of Human Resources Field Operations at TopBuild, where they lead a team responsible for employee relations and talent acquisition across the U.S. A bilingual Human Resources leader with a passion for employee engagement, Sandra has previously served as Vice President of HR at MonierLifetile, where they played a key role in managing recruiting and training during significant growth. Their experience spans multiple roles in HR, focusing on organizational design, compliance, and employee development. Sandra is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Columbia State University.
