Alan Phang

Alan Phang has over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, holding key roles in various organizations across Asia. As the General Manager of Regional HR at Jurong Engineering Limited since February 2014, Alan has been responsible for overseeing strategic HR functions. Prior to this, positions included Senior Consultant at Railpersonnel, Country HR Director and Human Resources Manager at Alstom in multiple locations, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Alan's expertise encompasses HR strategy development, recruitment, expatriate management, and performance management, reinforced by a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from the University of New England.
