Michelle McGinnis

Michelle McGinnis brings a diverse range of experience in client support and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Client Support Assistant at Johnson Investment Counsel since March 2021, Michelle is part of a team focused on investment management. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Office Manager at Dumaine Investments and Hamada Orthodontics, where significant contributions included managing financial statements, improving production and patient satisfaction, and overseeing multiple locations. Michelle also served as an Office Coordinator at Physiofit Physical Therapy and provided mental health services at St. Aloysius Orphanage as a School Based Therapist. Early career experience includes a role as a Patient Access Representative at UC Health West Chester Hospital. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Organizational Leadership from Miami University.
