Alisha Benbow

Alisha Benbow is currently a Human Resources LDP at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on Total Rewards. They are also pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the Purdue Krannert Graduate Institute, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Purdue University. Previously, Alisha held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including HRLDP and intern positions, as well as serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Intern at FinThrive. Alisha aspires to become a human resources manager while continuing to develop their communication and leadership skills.
