Amol Dixit is a Global Packaging & Validation Lead for OTC and Consumer Products at Johnson & Johnson, where they oversee the development of comprehensive packaging and validation solutions. With over 22 years of experience in validation, packaging design, and project management, Amol has a proven track record of managing multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion. Previously, they held positions at Procter & Gamble as an Engineering Manager, Parle Agro Pvt Ltd as a Tech EXE Projects manager, and Sidel in installation and commissioning. Amol studies at Amravati University, pursuing both a B.Tech and a diploma in Polymer and Plastic.
