Amy Maxson

Amy Maxson is currently the Associate Director and Global Trial Leader at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a division of Johnson & Johnson. With over 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, in vitro diagnostics, and surgical devices, they have excelled in both small entrepreneurial environments and large organizations by fostering strong relationships. Previously, Amy held various roles, including Lead Clinical Research Associate at Medpace and Clinical Trials Leader at Ethicon, and has extensive expertise in clinical laboratory testing, trial design, and management. They earned a Master of Health Services Administration, an MBA, and a Project Management Certificate from Xavier University and Boston University, respectively.
