Andressa Smith

Andressa Smith is a clinical oncology scientist and tumor immunologist with a strong passion for advancing transformative medicines for patients. They have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in the oncology and immuno-oncology sectors, focusing on scientific due diligence and asset evaluation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Scientific Licensing & Acquisition at Johnson & Johnson, they drive business development strategies and collaborate with a global network of stakeholders. Andressa previously held senior roles at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies and completed a research fellowship at the National Cancer Institute. They hold a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and a B.S. in Microbiology from Washington State University.
