Andrew Lam

Andrew Lam, CGBS, has extensive experience in general accounting roles, primarily at Johnson & Johnson, where positions included General Accounting Accountant, Senior Accountant, General Accounting Supervisor, and Associate Finance Manager. Notable achievements include becoming a subject matter expert in inter-company and fixed assets processes, supervising general accounting employees, and leading migrations of accounting processes. Andrew Lam has received multiple company-wide process excellence awards and a “funance” award for promoting work-life balance. Academic qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Economics and Accounting and Finance from De La Salle University, both earned with honors.
