Andy Symes

Andy Symes is a retired professional with an extensive background in ergonomics and occupational health and safety. They held various senior positions at Johnson & Johnson from 2009, including Senior Principal of Ergonomics and Director of EHS Due Diligence, Acquisitions & Integration. Prior to their tenure at Johnson & Johnson, they worked as an Ergonomist at the Institute of Occupational Medicine from 1987 to 1993. Andy pursued a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Industrial Psychology, later enrolling in a PhD program in Ergonomics at Edinburgh University, which is currently on hold.
