Bob Young

Bob Young is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Director of Hosting Operations at Johnson & Johnson since January 2014, Bob oversees global server, storage, and recoverability operations for a large-scale infrastructure services organization, managing over 38,000 server instances across various platforms, including on-premise and cloud services. Prior to this role, Bob held positions at DePuy Synthes, where leadership of the infrastructure engineering team involved managing servers and storage in compliance with GXP/SOX regulations. Bob also served as IT Manager at Emca-Remex and began a career at ST Microelectronics as an Electronics Test Engineer/Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Systems and a BS in Computer Science from DeSales University, complemented by an AAS in Electronics Technology from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
