Brad Lightner, CMA, currently serves as the Finance Lead for the Biomaterials Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Brad worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson from 2015 to 2023 and gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst and an intern in Controls & Compliance at Tyco International between 2009 and 2015. Brad earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Penn State University in 2010 and is currently pursuing further education in Business at Central York High School.
