Bridgit Appel

Bridgit Appel is an experienced Human Resources leader with a career spanning over two decades, predominantly at Johnson & Johnson since 2013, where roles include Head of HR A&D Transition Management Office and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Supply Chain. Bridgit has successfully led diverse teams in talent acquisition and human resources for major franchises, including Diabetes and Vision Care, and has developed innovative strategies such as a North America intern welcome app. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Ally, where Bridgit managed recruiting and HR compliance for a large mortgage business, and HR Generalist roles at ATS Life Sciences and TRANSCONTINENTAL PRINTING. Bridgit holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Dynamics from La Salle University, along with continuing education in Leadership Coaching from Rutgers University.
