Bruce Colligen

Bruce Colligen served as Exec. Director of Health Policy at J&J since 1996, where they identify and evaluate health care legislative and regulatory initiatives impacting the pharmaceutical sector. Prior to this role, Colligen held positions including Director of Special Studies at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, Reimbursement Consultant at State and Federal Associates, and Vice President of Health Programs at the National Pharmaceutical Council. Bruce earned a BA in Government from Lehigh University, an MBA in Public Policy and Economics from The George Washington University, and a Certificate in Health Care Compliance from Seton Hall Law School. Currently, Colligen is pursuing a mini-MBA in health policy at Rutgers University.
