Cagdas Celik is a global operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in transformation and operational excellence. They held various positions at Nestlé from 2009 to 2013, including Global R&D Packaging & Engineering Project Manager, and transitioned to roles at Mondelēz International and Takeda before serving as the Global Head of Engineering Project Management & Operational Excellence at Roche from 2020 to 2024.
