Catherine Tan has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with a tenure at BD from May 2008 to May 2014, where Catherine served as HR Manager and later as HR Partner for Southeast Asia covering Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Following this, Catherine worked at Bayer from May 2014 to November 2019, holding roles as HRBP for CropScience and Services Groups, and as Country HR Lead for Singapore and Malaysia in the Pharma and CropScience divisions. From March 2020 to September 2025, Catherine was a Senior HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric for East Asia Japan, and currently holds the position of HR Leader for Technical Operations and Risk at Johnson & Johnson, starting in September 2025.
