Chris Schaffer is an experienced project and program manager with a background in the medical device and orthopaedic industries. Beginning a career at The Tech Group as a Program Manager, Chris effectively led teams in medical device development before advancing to roles such as Business Development Manager at Nypro Healthcare Baja and Project Manager at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, overseeing manufacturing transfers and new product design transitions. Chris further honed skills at RTI Surgical® as a Senior Program Manager managing compliance initiatives, before taking on a senior staff project management role at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included resource allocation for new product development and sustaining projects. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
