Crystal Chen 陈光 is a Global Strategic Partnerships Leader for HIV, Ebola, and NCD at Johnson & Johnson Global Public Health. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Marketing for HIV and Head of Strategic Marketing at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Crystal's experience includes marketing direction at Janssen and Reckitt Benckiser, as well as senior roles at Kraft Foods Group. They hold an MBA from China Europe International Business School and are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
