Daniel C.

Daniel C. is the Head of Human Resources for Global Services Finance at Johnson & Johnson, where they provide strategic HR guidance to a global workforce of 2,900 employees. Their experience includes serving as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. and HR Business Partner/Training Specialist at Westernbank. Daniel has also held roles such as Head of Employee Relations and Employee Relations Manager at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to talent management and organizational development initiatives. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico while also obtaining a Master's degree in the field from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.
