Darrell Clark is a seasoned HR strategist with extensive experience across diverse corporate and government environments, including roles as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Director. Having worked with senior leaders such as U.S. Ambassadors and military generals, Darrell has excelled in advising on employee relations and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Sourcing Partner for MedTech at Johnson & Johnson, Darrell continues to leverage market intelligence for strategic talent decisions. Darrell is pursuing a degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they are expected to graduate summa cum laude.
