David Devlyn is a Leadership Development Specialist with a rich background in training and leadership facilitation. They began their career as a Senior Training Officer in Management Development at Westpac from 1990 to 1995 and later worked as an OD/Leadership Development Consultant at Ericsson from 1996 to 2000. Currently, David leads initiatives at SyNet Group, where they develop and deliver customized global leadership programs and coaching for diverse teams. In addition, they contribute as a Global Leadership Faculty member for Johnson & Johnson, facilitating programs across Asia for over 20 years. David holds a degree in Training and Development from the University of Melbourne and continues to further their education at Keilor Heights High.
