David Weller

David Weller is a military veteran with extensive experience in both the US Navy and the healthcare industry. From October 2011 to March 2014, David served as a Student Naval Flight Officer and later as an Instructor at the Airborne Command & Control Squadron 120, where leadership included overseeing a team of 27 instructors and 15 student Naval Aviators, as well as mentoring over 200 new Naval Flight Officers. Subsequent roles in the Navy included Mission Commander and Assistant Operations Officer, where operational responsibilities encompassed mission supervision and management of personnel and aircraft aboard aircraft carriers. Following military service, David transitioned to Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities as a Product Manager encompassed HCP initiatives and product launches across multiple therapeutic areas, including autoantibodies and gene therapies, with a focus on patient transitions and access. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University and a Joint Professional Military Education degree from the U.S. Naval War College.
