Deepak Pai

Deepak Pai is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and personal care sectors. Currently serving as Director of Marketing for Fem Care at Kenvue since May 2023, Deepak leads initiatives aimed at empowering women and girls in South Asia through the Stayfree brand. Previously, at Johnson & Johnson from June 2004 to the present, Deepak held multiple roles, including Director of Marketing for Fem Care, where strategic marketing efforts resulted in significant market share gains. Deepak's career also includes key positions such as General Marketing Manager for Skin Health, where innovative strategies drove strong growth, and various roles within Eli Lilly and Reliance Industries. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Economics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
