Diane Johnson

Diane Johnson is the Senior Director of Strategic Regulatory at Johnson & Johnson, where they provide strategic regulatory direction and intelligence across the Medical Device and Diagnostics sector. With extensive management experience, Diane has overseen research and development for both fusion and non-fusion products, alongside custom devices, while also focusing on risk management and failure analysis. Previously, Diane held key roles at organizations such as Blackstone Medical, Spine Next, and the FDA, specializing in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and clinical trials for Class III medical devices. Diane earned both a BS and MS in Materials Engineering from Drexel University.
