Dotty Wang is the Associate Director of Asia Pacific Procurement Strategy & PMO at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Dotty held various roles, including Senior Manager of External Manufacturing and Strategic Sourcing Manager, where they focused on business continuity planning and supplier relationship management. Dotty's earlier experience includes working as a World-Class Manufacturing Manager at ArcelorMittal, where they achieved significant cost reductions and enhanced operational efficiency. They also completed an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, following a Master of Arts in Interpretation from Shanghai International Studies University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Technical English from Shandong University.
