Ellie Wang

Ellie Wang is currently the Regional Head of Talent and DEI for APAC at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where they focus on integrated talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion. They previously served in various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including HR Business Partner and China Early Talent Recruitment Leader, after joining through the global E-HRLDP program. Additionally, Ellie gained experience as an HR Specialist at Dell EMC and held the position of Leadership Development Senior Associate at Ford Motor Company. They began their career as an APAC Learning Specialist at Honeywell.
