Erika Kula is currently the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Scientific Engagement at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS. Previously, they served as CEO of KNexus Corporation, providing consulting services to the life sciences industry, and as Director of Business Development and New Ventures for Prescience International, where they managed various strategic projects. Erika began their career as a Senior Corporate Account Manager at Equilar, Inc. They hold dual BA degrees in Political Science and Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California.
