Erwin Roovers

Erwin Roovers is the Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation for Pharmaceuticals at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2013. Previously, Erwin held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Director of Value Stream Management and Director of Network Strategy, where they led teams and developed strategies for supply chain optimization across multiple therapeutic areas. Erwin's educational background includes a Master in Finance from Vlerick Business School and a degree in Economics/Business from the University of Antwerp, complemented by Certified Management Accounting credentials. They are also actively participating in a leadership network.
