Eva Katz

Eva Katz is currently the Director of Patient Reported Outcomes at Johnson & Johnson, where they have also served as an Associate Director and Post-Doctoral Fellow. Prior to this, they worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Research Associate and were involved in aging research as a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the UNC Institute on Aging. They began their career as a Nutritionist at the Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine and later became the Coordinator of Research and Education at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. Eva earned a PhD in Nutrition Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is pursuing a BS at Rutgers University and an MPH at the University of California, Berkeley.
