Francis Lua

Francis Lua is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR for Consumer Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson since June 2018. Previously, Francis held various senior HR roles at TE Connectivity, including Senior Director of HR for the Asia Pacific Automotive Business Unit and Director of HR for the same unit. Prior experience includes HR Director at Microsoft Singapore and Senior Manager of Organization Development at Borneo Motors Singapore, among other roles. Francis has a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
