Frank Lei

Frank Lei has over two decades of experience in IT and security operations, beginning as a Senior Operation Support Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and progressing through roles at prominent institutions including JP Morgan, UBS, and Citi. At Citi, Frank served as a Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in Global Security Operations, overseeing critical security infrastructures for internet-facing businesses globally. As Lead Engineer and Associate Director at UBS, Frank led a team to implement security solutions across Unix platforms and databases. Currently, as a Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Frank is responsible for security assurance for database management systems and IT infrastructures, also managing a Database Activity Monitoring tool. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Solid Mechanics from ZhongShan University and a PhD in Computational Solid Mechanics from Tsinghua University.
