George Ramirez

George Ramirez is an Operations Executive with extensive experience in leadership and talent management, lean operations, and strategy development. They served as Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Cordis from 2015 to 2020, overseeing a large-scale medical device assembly facility and ensuring quality and employee welfare during a significant transition period. Previously, they held multiple director and management roles at Johnson & Johnson, where they spearheaded lean manufacturing strategies that supported billions in revenue. Currently, George is pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering – Aerospace from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
