George Weaver

George Weaver is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Johnson & Johnson where roles included Engineering Director from 2009 to the present and Director of the GOLD Program from 2006 to 2009. As a Managing Partner at Sensei Leadership Development, LLC from 2010 to 2018, George specialized in consulting, project management, and facilities management, focusing on enabling high performance. Prior to these roles, George served as Director of Engineering & Facilities at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, overseeing project engineering and various employee services. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, obtained from 1968 to 1972.
