George Yi is a seasoned electromechanical engineer with extensive experience in developing advanced robotic surgery systems, currently serving as Principal Electromechanical Engineer at Johnson & Johnson since April 2020. Previously, George held the position of Staff Electromechanical Engineer at Verb Surgical Inc., where responsibilities included mechanical development of visualization processing products and thermal projects for robotic surgery systems. At SanDisk®, George managed the mechanical engineering function for the InfiniFlash IF150 data storage platform, overseeing mechanical and thermal development, as well as creating Environmental Verification Test specifications. George's engineering foundation was built during a 16-year tenure at Cisco, where numerous products across various business units were designed and developed.
