Gian Gallati has held various significant roles in consulting, project management, and strategy within the healthcare and financial sectors. With experience at The Boston Consulting Group as both a Visiting Associate and later as a Principal, Gian contributed to various high-profile projects, including a client secondment focused on medtech. A brief stint as a Claims Analyst and Sales Associate at CSS Versicherung AG preceded a role as Junior Project Manager at swissnex San Francisco. Academic involvement as a Research Assistant at the University of St. Gallen supplemented professional endeavors. Gian transitioned to Novartis, serving as Strategy Director from June 2021 until February 2024, before taking on the Chief of Staff position for MedTech EMEA at Johnson & Johnson starting in March 2024.
